All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom with bath/shower. Also a separate toilet. The kitchen comes fully equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine etc. There is free WIFI available and English T.V. The outside terrace is spacious and overlooks the swimming pool. Plenty of space to dine with family and friends and offers sun lounges to relax.
The communal areas are private and gated. There are 2 swimming pools to choose from. The swimming pool opposite the apartment is open 12:00 am until 6:00 pm. The second pool is open 10:00 am until 10:00 pm. You will have access to the gym and sauna between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm.
There is building work in the local area, therefore we have applied a 10% discount.

Cancellation Policy In the unfortunate event a booking is cancelled by the renter:
For bookings cancelled 30 days before the start of the stay, renter will receive a 100% refund.
For bookings cancelled up to 7-30 days before the start of the stay, renter will receive a 50% refund.
For bookings cancelled less than 7 days before the start of the stay, renter will not receive refund.

If you decide to hire a car, there is available parking. The train station is only a few minutes walk away. There is also a 'hop on & hop off' tourist train that travels around the area.
