Villa Sunshine has its very own private heated pool, the pool area is gated to keep children safe. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the main living area is open planned. There is a spacious outside patio area where you can relax and dine all day long. Great for family and friends. La Cala De Mijas is only a short 5 minute drive away. The taxi station is only 5 minutes walk away, local buses 15 minutes walk. There are lots to do in the local area including the Mijas water park, bio park zoo, sea life centre and even climbing trees at adventure Amazonia. There are beautiful water falls to visit in barranco blanco only 30 minutes drive away. Lots more. For those relaxing days on the beach we have provided beach towels, beach chair's and umbrellas. Just a little note, If you wish to have the pool heated, this will be an extra cost of €35 per day!

Located in a very quiet urbanisation, we do have some neighbors to the left of the property. Always remain respectful for our Neighbors.
You do not need a car to get around, you are only 5 minutes walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. There is a taxi station and bus service close by. La Cala De Mijas is only a 5 minute drive.
