Casa Nuevo Países is a family-friendly home, and we kindly ask guests to respect the property and our neighbours at all times. Quiet hours are 11:00 pm – 7:00 am. No parties, events, stag or hen dos are permitted. No smoking inside the property. Rubbish should be taken to the large bins located at the bottom of the hill, across the roundabout on the right. Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property. Lost keys will incur a €60 replacement charge. Casa Nuevo Países is located in a quiet residential area, slightly elevated on the hillside. Access to the villa includes stairs leading down to the property, which is important to note for guests with limited mobility. The location is peaceful and private, backing directly onto forest walking paths and El Chaparral Golf Course, with very little traffic and no through road. It’s an ideal setting for guests who enjoy nature, golf, and a calm environment, while still being within walking distance of the beach and local amenities.
The area is easy to get around both on foot and by transport. The beach, local bars and restaurants are within walking distance, and shops, pharmacy, restaurants, bus routes and a taxi rank are around a 12-minute walk away. Local buses run regularly to nearby areas, and taxis are readily available. Uber and Bolt operate in the area and are a convenient option if you prefer not to walk or have luggage. A car is not essential, but recommended if you plan to explore further along the coast.
