Cancellation Policy In the unfortunate event a booking is cancelled by the renter: For bookings cancelled 30 days before the start of the stay, renter will receive a 100% refund. For bookings cancelled up to 15-30 days before the start of the stay, renter will receive a 50% refund. For bookings cancelled less than 15 days before the start of the stay, renter will not receive a refund. Payment details Prepayment of 500€ is required at booking. Invoice will be issued. Rest payment 30 days before arrival . Damage Deposit of €500 will be collected in cash on arrival, returns will be within 7 days after departure via bank transfer.
